My goals were one to lose weight get down to a size 10 again (achieved yay) and to run a marathon, this I'm still working on. When I started running with Leanne I could only run for a minute and then walk for 5 minutes, now I can run always 2.5km sometimes a lot more without stopping. With the guidance given to me by Leanne I feel that this can only improve more. In my Gym work I have achieved a level of self-discipline I never had before, this is thanks to Brooke, who always made me do more than I thought I could. Now I can set myself a exercise and keep at it till the end.
